"New ownership was not familiar with the industry and hindered me and other senior staffs ability to effeciently run the company."

"Avoid analysis paralysis, allow each department to prioritize needs and execute plans based on the priority list. Too many changes equates to avoidable mistakes and loss of efficiency."
