"Nothing... it was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed it very much."

"None... I thought it was a professional environment with lots of opportunity."

"Volume of work was very high, systems support was minimal."

"Need to develop a new business model, at least within planning, that can eliminate the detailed work which has negligible impact but takes a lot of time."

"If you have a tranpsortation background you will do fine. This position is not one that you can learn as you go and be successful at it."

"This position required a transportation background that I did not have. I was not given adequate support or training for this position."

"Provide better training for your employees and give them time to learn the position."

"Service to country. High quality employees. Focus upon the project or mission."

"Try to find a balance between the conventional wisdom of career enhancing tours, and tours that are fun for you and the family."

"Large organization. Bureaucratic. Lack of control over career direction. Finite boundaries of what we can do."

"Don't stay as far away from this company as you possible can. Being on unemployment is better than a job in this company"

"Culture of lies and deception, they will tell you anything to get you to join and then forget the lies they today you"

"Fire them all none of them are worth a tenth of what they are paid."

"The vacation time and the summer hours. The company also offers flex time hours for select employees but not all"

"Not to interview. I dont know why people would be interviewing for the company particular if they saw the stock prices"

"The company is top heavy in Senior Management and they are running the company into the ground. Not enough of the little people to do the job"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take a pay cut and stop taking bonuses. the little people who are bonus eligible haven't received one in years but top management sure is. They also need to cut expenses by stop renting a NYC office building and moving staff to NYC"
