"I have worked for this company for approx 8 months. I have found it to be an average to poor company. For a company that has been in business for 20 years, they have very few normal process figured out. Many of the key office positions are held by people overseas. That in itself is not but, but they have little or no experience in their position. The order process is antiquated and cumbersome. Something as simple as how a customer pays their invoice is too complex and obviously a result of bad experiences in the past. There is no company moral, no training and no real communication between crucial departments unless started by coworkers."
