"Plains All American is a phenomenal company that takes care of its employees. As someone that worked with and close to upper management in the company, the leadership is some of the best out of the industry. Best health insurance I've had in my life compared to the most expensive federal Blue Cross Blue Shield plan I had for decades. One sticking point I have is the company has outdated practices and procedures and is very technology phobic. The leadership is the reason for the technology phobic. This creates many hassles with not having experience with up to date practices and software. This by default makes the employee less marketable outside the company in the industry."
