"Overall good company to work for depending on the position. Office personnel are confined to tight space, no quiet, no privacy, making it difficult to work. Father and Son are not on the same page, making it difficult to progress. Over the top rules and regulations make it difficult to have a good attitude. Poor communication. They don't live up to what they claim during the interview process."
