"I have worked for PJ Clarke's on the Hudson as a server for almost a year now. We do make good money, the restaurant is almost always busy and the clientele is very nice for the most part. The one issue is the company does not place a very high value on their employees. The feeling that you're a bit disposable is there. We have no food discount, cannot come in on our days off and have no holiday parties. Server welfare is not often considered in the practices of the restaurant. However, purely as a job, that you earn money from, it is absolutely fine."
