"I am a former employee and what I liked about working for Pitney Bowes was the sales training that I received and that my position was truly a sales job. There was very little office work required so this gave sales reps the opportunity to spend 95% of their time out in field."

"It is a good stepping stone. The sales training is great."

What don't you like about working at Pitney Bowes?

"What I didn't like about working at Pitney Bowes was the base salary and commission. The compensation was very petty and the benefits package really needed some improvement. Especially what the sales reps were reimbursed for mileage."

"Better compensation and incentives for the sales reps."
