"From my experience at Pipers Plastics I would not recommend this place to anyone new or seasoned alike, this is indeed a horrible place to work. At first the co workers may seem friendly and accepting but if you cannot fit into their social click they will find a reason to drop you and lie to do so. For instance I was laid off for a safety issue that was not once brought to my attention, after less than a week of employment. On top of which the management takes the word micromanagement to new heights and will not cut you any new hire slack, if you make a paperwork related mistake they will fire you without any warning, I've heard from inside."
"Long time working here - too much micromanagement, poor trust of employees, demeaning, demoralizing "leaders"... there has been a mass exodus of excellent employees from this place. Evidently a great place to leave. Very clean, well lit shop, mostly a safe work environment. *Some* quality plastics education for those who can stomach the mistreatment. Might be best to come here to learn the trade, then search for other employers."
"It would be 1 year since I worked there."
