"Piper should be your absolute last resort. Consider that there are only openings in engineering because others are leaving in large numbers, not because the company is growing. The neat new project they are selling you on may, probably will, go away after the next board meeting."

"Absolutely no leadership. No management or ownership vision. Management has no credibility. Technical staff is fleeing at an alarming rate. No future."
