"RUN! This place has high turn over. They have had several office managers in just the past couple of years, dental assistant turn over. Promises are broken."

What don't you like about working at Pioneer Greens Dentistry?

"The owners/boss. Bullied staff, cut them down, with held quarterly bonus for entire staff if he didn't want to spend the money. No cleaning service so the place was filthy. Employees constantly venting about how bad the boss was but no one willing to do anything about it. I left because I wanted away from all of it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your staff better! Stop talking down to them. Follow through on bonus' promised. Have the office cleaned."
