"I have been with this location since they opened in 2019. During COVID the company was not very helpful or organized in staying on top of communication about what was going on. They opened the location in the middle of June and since then, three bartenders have contracted and tested positive for COVID. There has been no communication from corporate (which is located in a different state) about the dangers the employees face and their family members that they put at risk. Because of having to follow state guidelines, the attendance of guests is down and so those working are suffering a loss of income. The risks present in this pandemic are outweighed, however, with the company's selfish want for profit. What was otherwise a great work environment, has been tarnished by upper managements' lack of care for their employees."
