"Keep your personal life to yourself. be diplomatic. Guard yourself and stay focused. Job duties do tend to vary and some of them seem to be unproductive."

What don't you like about working at Pindler & Pindler?

"New Management team doesn't have the correct training or experience to be making the types of decisions they are making. Supervisors are not trained and do not handle certain situations correctly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the employees, consider the people who have been in the industries opinions before making decisions. Investigate the market, don't just make snap decisions. review all aspects before passing judgement or finalizing a program."
