"Great people, have fun. You will have to leave the company to get a promotion, they rarely promote from within, but prefer to hire in upper positions and keep good, key people in their current position."

What don't you like about working at Pilgrim's?

"No funding for improvements and upgrades, forced to work with obsolete equipment. Critical operations were still being run on unsupported PC's and server with Windows 95 in 2005."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Identify critical functions that are at risk; and upgrade them to reduce the financial impact associated with the continuous failures and outages."
