"You can run your project with minimal oversight. If your good at what you do and don't like micromanagement. Unfortunately the same applies for other people who do not perform as well, which is probably why they always promise bonus's yet never deliver."

"Leadership lacks ethics. Felt leadership only wanted to talk about their accomplishments rather than address any of your concerns. Most discussions are dominated as leadership does not want to address any of your concerns, serious or not."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on your leadership ethics and style to attract talent. Focus more time on the people who work for you, they make or break the company. Ignoring them and not addressing their issues will ultimately drain the company of talent and profits."
