Piedmont mechanical didn’t have any job structure we the people came in everyday and made our own schedule some technician worked some abused the lack of management leadership. I saw after being a business owner for a few years and realized that this company may not make it. I’m just trying to position myself to work for a company that I don’t have to wake up and wonder is today going to be the day they close the doors."
