What do you like about working at Picerne?
"My boss was flexible. I could leave when I wanted and be on call for assignments so I did not have to behind a desk all day. When I wanted to take a vacation or a long weekend it was never an issue. My ideas and time were worth something and they new they were underpaying."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a good company however very little growth for creative people, they are numbers and bottem line types."
What don't you like about working at Picerne?
"It was flexible and a family habitat, they understood your human and not perfect all the time because they weren't. If I got pissy they just smiled and go bad meeting. Then they help me handle the situation. My current job I got mad once and they created an hostile habitat by putting me under a microscope instead of see it for what it was their company is disorganized, has little qualified help, and my father just had a major stroke and we were over worked at the end of summer."
