"I loved the opportunity to make more money by encouraging clients to sign up for online billing. I am very competitive, very sales-oriented. I loved working with employer groups and teaching them how to implement their health plans."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Dress well, ask questions when interviewing, research company on website before interview."

What don't you like about working at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care?

"In 2008, the company began laying off many people, including myself."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that the company needs more Member Service Representatives. This is one area in which administrative spending was severely cut, but this is such a crucial job, more money should be put into hiring Member Service Reps."
