"I was hired by the PIA of Indiana to grow the association's Membership. I set a new record in 2019 and won the PIA of Indiana Membership Growth Award from the PIA National. The company decided to have me do tasks that were not affiliated with membership growth and my new Members dropped off during Covid 19 since I couldn't see the prospects face to face."
