It has had so many changes in leadership over the years that it lacks a clear strategic direction that will keep competitive in the changing healthcare space. A new CEO will be in place soon and a new direction, hopefully better. There is a lot of talented staff on the team but it's missing a leader to pull it all together. Current CEO is good but temporary."
