"It's a great campus to work at. I graduated from there and have always liked the environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They're constantly in need of adjunct teachers in the physics department. They liked me because I previously knew most of them. But I would think that if you knew the material you'll probably get the job."

What don't you like about working at Rowan University?

"Not much other than adjunct teaching doesn't pay the bills."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't undervalue the adjunct faculty opinions just because they're not full time professors."
