"Commission only work, hard to get started"
"Turnover in Teleservice is high like anywhere else, but outside of that the company is stagnant with the only opportunity to raise through ranks is for someone to retire or die. The company has little concern for employee safety and taking days off is like pulling teeth. The mayor is asking everyone to stay off streets due to blizzard conditions and the company is not allowing any more people ask for the day off. This is why I decided to write this."

"Nothing. This company offers so much for any agent that really loves to sell quality insurance."

"Keep recruiting. Agents that don't work for Physicians Mutual don't know what they are missing."

"I f you can afford it financialy do not take the commission advances. They have to be paid back out of commission earned."
What don't you like about working at Physicians Mutual?
"Only compesated for sales. I may drive over a thousand miles in a week but I get no car allowance, no meal allowance, and no hotel allowance. All expenses are on me."

"More and better leads and expense reimbursements."
