"Unless they have made significant improvements in their computer and software packages in the past 10 years, be prepared to work a lot. They require a lot of reports that have to be done manually."

What don't you like about working at Physical Distribution Services?

"Long hours with no real appreciation from the owner for your efforts. No chance for advancement. Pay increases were very limited."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat everyone fairly. If I had been gived adequate compensation for the amount of work required, I would still be with them."
