"food service is wonderful. spacious campus, good size fitness center."

"if you want to work there, be prepare for long hours, unreasonable schedule and over bearing boss"

"crazy schedule, people that sucks up to boss end of holding high positions."

"have direct dialogue with low level engineers, and find out what actually going on with the company"

"Before Symwave was acquired, I like it a lot, I have a lot of freedom in deciding how things were done. after acquisition, not so much."

"Goals and objectives were set in very short terms, spending too much energy meeting short term dead line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"allow more freedom for individual creativity, constantly looking over people's shoulder is not the way to go."
