"Free rein to code the solution how I feel is best to maximize my work efficiency."

"Show your experience because they do not care about your degree or certifications"
What don't you like about working at Hubris Communication?
"Being left in the dark on most of the projects. They expect you to know how each system works when your given an assignment. I was assigned to do the instant autopumper for petro power oil and wasn't given information how how anything worked."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better introduction to the system. They have to many chaotic systems that work but not well together."

"There is nothing I like about this company. It is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have worked for"

"Do not interview for this company. They layed off their development team the Friday before Christmas."

"There is no management in this company. Everyone reported to CEO"

"It has been a great learning experience and work environment."
What do you like about working at CIK Enterprises?
"I love the atmosphere of the company; it has a start-up mentality. Everyone works hard to improve the company, but are still able to have fun. CIK has a play hard; work hard philosophy."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You have to be ready for a fast-pace learning environment, but do not let that stress you out. Everyone is willing to help you when you need it, but you also need to show a willingness to learn and soak up any and all knowledge that you can."
What don't you like about working at CIK Enterprises?
"There can be pressure from coworkers that are from outside of the IT department, because they do not understand the process that we have to go through to get the work we need done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management is always open to suggestions that we have that could possibly improve the company. Right now, the IT department is working towards googles 20-time philosophy, where we can work towards our own driven project that could help the company. A project that isn't in the scope of the current companies projects, but one that we have created and one that the IT department is self responsible for."

What do you like about working at JWT?
"Excellent coworkers who had a good handle on the company as well as the systems we were in charge of"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are looking as a contractor, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. However employees are paid differently, therefore, you may have a better chance with that."
What don't you like about working at JWT?
"I was contractor for this company in October and November of 2012. My first paycheck was delayed repeatedly by repeated mistakes, and there was no response from the company other than 'nothing we can do' Once the check arrived, it was short, because the paperwork deadlines did not match the pay period information I was given, and was only told this after the fact. I resigned and went elsewhere, however at this time they have not paid me my final pay in violation of texas payday laws."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When I communicated my problems to managers, I rarely got any response other than a 'nothing we can do'"

"I had the worst kind of experience working with this company."
What do you like about working at Verifi?
"Nothing at all. Everything about this company has turned out to be a very negative experience wuth me."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't waste your time interviewing with this company. I mean , there are lot of companies out there where the people are nicer."
What don't you like about working at Verifi?
"Bad Boss. Very hard to please. Too trivial tasks. They give very little or no time at all to get used to their place."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be humane. Give some extra time for newcomers to get used to their environment."

"None at all. People here are cold blooded and uncouth. They expect lot of work from you. They smile at you and fire you behind your back"

"Please don't waste your time interviewing this company. The boss really sucks."

"The worst company to work for. I hope they lose their business with Wells Fargo and other bigwigs"

"I would never join this company at all and advise other s to do the same. I pray to God that this company would come to ruin."

"We were allowed to make our own decisions because we had very good judgement."

"Just be able to work efficiently, quickly and be sure to deliver a piece of high quality code."

"There was no perks, nothing was given to show appreciation for our work, nothing gave us determination. I twas quite routine."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure there's always something to be done, and always be sure there's a timeline available."
