"It tried to be a big family. Most the people I worked with were likable and competent. This is changing as the older management retires and new blood comes in. HR did try to keep a decent benefits package."

"Keep a resume up to date if you take the job. Watch the product demand and stock prices. If both are falling be looking in earnest."

"Highly cyclic customer demand for products yields highly cyclic budgets. Some of the management needs new people skills. Be prepared to work holidays"

"The recession hit Photronics very hard and as such there was not a lot of work to do. Had Photronics been thriving I would have enjoyed working here."
