"The company was a strong self-sustaining and very profitable company with dedicated ownership and management until it was sold out to an investing company when the original founder and president retired. Once the company was taken over by the investing company it was restructured and the management was replaced by individuals who were put in positions by who they knew and not what they knew. The management then became very disloyal and untrustworthy and the whole company performance changed."
