Software Developer

"A good opportunity to learn both the IT side and Software Development side. New CEO doesn't appreciate his IT team and is extremely condescending to all employees. I have to oversee a lot of the IT work and all of the software development. I get paid like an intern and they are unaware of the compensation norm for someone in my position. Great people who know their pumps, but a lot of them are unhappy of how the brothers run the company."
