"The managent job I have here was the best. freedom to change training develop new training and not a lot of corporate hoops to jump through in order to make changes."

"Thier new job site is top notch with computer equiptment however moving up the corporate ladder here is unheard of as it's a small company"

What don't you like about working at Phoenix Marketing International?

"Not family oriented at all. They have a long history of terminating employees that have had to use FMLA leave either for the birth or adoption of a child or for medical reasons."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Yes, they have let go meny great employees because they have used their FMLA Leave which is allowed."
