"Traveling from place to place. And company to Company meeting new people and being assigned to different things to do this was not new to me but they let me be in charge at times. They gave that chance to prove myself to them."

"that I didn't get paid for the last session that I worked for them and they said that were not going to pay me after I worked ."

"Be pleasant to all your employees white or black because we all worked hard at what we was giving. we all as people deserve respect and give work equally to those who want to work and have families to feed black or white."

"It added some advancements to resume they were very good to me.They kept me working I never was with out work. They were just a contract to hire comany."

"There was nothing I can say bad because they kept me busy."

"Nothing! I just hate that Colleen my recruiter left."

"They would not work around my schedule and wrote me up for the stupidest things not a good place to work"

"the donors u get to know well it was a good experience learning about the machines and getting a better understanding of veins"
What don't you like about working at BioMat?
"They were to paticular about the smallest things. Missing a sticker on a bottle u got wrote up, get behind on charts u get wrote up"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"have a better understanding for people it was always said that the company comes before your personal life. if your child is sick and you need to take off u get written up, the same if your sick. They need to quit being so picky about everything people have lifes outside of work and things happen and they need to better understand that"
