"Nothing about the work. It's a great place... BUT There is a requirement that you must establish residency in the city of Philadelphia within 1 year of employment. That is the main reason I left the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the residency requirement to attract and retain better talent. I would love to return to work there. I thought the working environment and culture were a good fit."
