"Be very knowledgeable with contacts on major universities and colleges."

What don't you like about working at PHENIX Research Products?

"Headquarters moved to North Carolina which meant distribution was located there and we could not call ourselves a local distributor. That was something Phenix highly marketed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has been quite some time since I workef for Phenix now but back then the compensation plan was not very motivating. Possibly look into compensation plans within the same industry that is competitive."
