"The customers are family and they help to create an environment that allows one to learn as well as teach in the process."

"You can learn alot about PGCMLS, stand up for yourself and do not fear the establishment. Some rules and guidelines are meant to be broken as long as it isn't illegal and doesn't cause anyone harm or danger. If you believe that a policy needs to be altered say something. If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything..."

What don't you like about working at Prince George's County Memorial Library System?

"The employees that work the hardest- circulation staff are treated like field slaves and are given no opportunities for upward mobility. The racism and discrimination that takes place is sick and the circulation supervisor and branch manager are opportunist that will do anything to advance their careers. Including jeopardizing their integrity and character."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Repent for your sins and accept each employee as a human that desires to work. Treating each as an equal and respecting them in process."
