"The only thing I really didn't like was that the probation period ended and they didn't make the effort to keep me. I really did a good job, never came late, and I never missed a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should try to focus on the people who really try their best on what they're doing, so when their probation is almost near, see if they can keep that person or relocate that person somewhere else."
