2.4 Apply to NCR Corporation in Atlanta, GA at there website, do not use this agency. I worked with Peyton Resource Group in order to obtain contract to permanent employment. I have over 15 years of experience, a technical certification and bachelor’s degree. I have a excellent work history and work ethic. The recruiter attempted to place me on an assignment at NCR Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. She set up an interview the same day and said the Customer Care Director from NCR would be calling me for a phone interview. I was eager and happy to get the interview process started. I prepared for the phone interview. Unfortunately I never received a call from the Customer Care Director of NCR Silver. A lead representative from the department called me. Her phone was on the speaker and very unclear; I could barely hear her. I politely made her aware of the issue but it was never resolved. She only asked three questions. She appeared unenthusiastic, tired and inexperienced to provide an interview. After giving the recruiting Director from Peyton Resource Group an update they made me aware they noticed a new lead representative from NCR was interviewing in place of the Director in some instances and interviews were getting shorter and shorter. They appeared to have been concerned as well. I already knew about NCR and should have applied directly for a full time position with benefits. This process was a bad experience. I did not have an opportunity to have a face to face interview. The representative who interviewed me was unprepared and they never followed up. This was excellent match for my experience in technical support and with POS systems. Peyton Resource Group Director (E.R) did not follow-up as they advised they would. They could have offered additional assistance after setting up a phone interview with an inexperienced person who attempted to ask me three questions through an extremely bad phone connection. Do not trust this company or its employees.

3.6 We served USAA Investment Services clients. They are excellent clients to work. USAA provided a lot of upfront training and ongoing training resources to make us successful.
