What do you like about working at Petris Technology?

"Initially we were given the freedom to test and use as many Java technologies as possible .That enabled me to learn a lot of new technologies and seem them working. However, that was not the case when I left."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"1. Make sure you have no visa issues.2. make sure you ask for the max salary you want, because you probably will never get a raise3. Work on the flagship product (WindsEnterprise). The manager is very smart, nice and its an awesome product."

What don't you like about working at Petris Technology?

"Initially the managers and peers were great, but as times got tough, good people were let go so that top management could keep their jobs. That made it a very insecure environment and not knowing whether you would have a job the next day made it hard to be productive."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need more quality folks and less Vice Presidents."
