This should provide you with a better understanding of what companies are offering employees, and will also allow you to set reasonable expectations. And while youre in the interview, make sure Peterbilt's offerings are acceptable to you."

"1. Peterbilt's culture is too conservative2. Compensation should be better3. Information should be better documented and stored, and should be made more accessible4. Peterbilt is somewhat slow to implement new technology into their vehicles5. Most of the people there are of the same demographic and are from the same geographic area6. There aren't a lot of opportunities to move laterally within engineering"
