"The organization leadership was drive by a single minded individual. This individual was old-school and did not adhere or want to utilze better industry practices. If the individual did not think of a method of action, then the action was dismissed. Too much time was spend trying to cut corners without concern for the staffs abilities or sincere interest in the organizaiton."

"Utilize the talents of the employees, rather than run things only my way. Utilze industry best practices to develop a stronger organization."
