"I’ve worked with perspecta for awhile now. I love my coworkers & the bond we have. Management really lacks communication with the leads & workers there at the job. It’s very hard to move up within the company unless you have been hired with the company for years which is why there is a high turnover rate. Overall it’s a great first job for people trying to get into IT."
