"Decent company, top level management could have better direction"

"Perspecta has taken the benefits we had and thrown them away. It took over a year to determine what benefits they would have. Our PTO policy was changed from a flex-leave policy to 5 hours per pay period, and out sick leave was taken away. When they adjusted pay to the national average, they lowered my job title right before."
