"I don't have any tips. They look for individuals with some banking experience and the ability to learn quickly (as with any position)."

"Lack of resources and decision making. There have been many products/services that have backfired once introduced to the consumer."

"look closely at the company, and ask LOTS of questions about turnover...there are reasons WHY people leave there everyday....."

"everything.....the problem with this company starts with the training process(or lack thereof)......"

"there is no work/life balance at Sovereign....stop threatening employees, and really try to understand what banking is all about....."
