Submit a Review"I love the responsibility. I love being in charge and making sure all my associates have fun but the work also gets done. I do not believe in micromanaging people, I just let them do their thing and work gets done, it brings great results. The only thing I don't like is when people don't cover their shifts when they have to work, calling in 20 min. before your shift starts is unacceptable."
