"If you are in India, this is a place to be.Excellent work environment. But if you are onsite - be prepared for the bureaucrasy and below average salary. You are totally separated from the mothership and everybody in the non-engineering staff is focused on just one thing - how to get as much revenue from your position as can be.And in that sense this company is not different from any other Indian software services firm."
