"The company has undergone many changes since it was Tropical Sportswear International, Inc. There was a better sense of ethics, and morale was higher under Bill Compton. When Perry Ellis bought the company the expansion for bilingual employees did improve though. There is also room for advancement, as long as you don't resist the advances of upper level executives. Re-evaluate the company procedures for appropriate ethical and moral conduct. This is a serious matter, which most companies would address head on, lets hope Perry Ellis can step up and do the right thing."
