"Witnessing Management in decline with a revolving door of ever-changing managers. The company has lost its compass and clear path since Ross Perot Sr. relinquished real control of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Set a clear long-term course, demonstrate some semblance of continuity with solid managers, and quit wasting good personnel/resources with an 'emergency mode' management style. Solid inter-department communication between the Sales and Engineering teams, plus proper course planning will produce a responsive rather than reactionary approach to developing and handling business at hand."
