"The outsourcer environment can be overly political in that the hospital has a desire and the outsourcer sometimes has contradicting needs. The art of balancing these distinctly differnt agendas is sometimes complex."

"They did not take into account college education as one of the formulas for advancement in many cases."

"to many people at at senior management and less opportunities to be visible with your work"

"Be flexible and expand business in new technology areas and not be over-dependent on Health Care clients."

"Nothing at all!!! I enjoy the environment, and the people. I wouldn't consider what I did work, because I enjoyed it so much!!"

"Positions within this company are relatively easy to obtain... yet really talk with some of the existing employees to see if this is 'Really' where you want to be."

"Operating philosophy at Perot has been that line level employees are expendible, the market is saturated with equivalent talent and a general attitude of you need me much more than I need you... so just do what I told you to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Emotional Intellegence classes for all Supervisors & Managers.Executive Leaders - Go in & audit this place, take poles of employee quality of work life perception, listen to suggestions from line workers... there are a lot of issues that could be handled better, more efficiently, to everyones greater satisfaction... but they will never know because the communications don't run both ways within the heirarchy."

What do you like about working at Perot Systems?

"I love the company. I have great flex hours and I can work from home one day a week, and off weekends. The work is great, and I enjoy the flex hours."

"no, not to many tips, this company is a contacting company with the governement. Governement contact only."

"Manangement is ok, just could really be a little more on top of things, but manangement is good.."

"They'll stab you in the back after giving them 13 1/2 years of dedicated service."

"At times there was a do more with less mentality that made projects and tasks a little overwhelming. Overall this was not the norm and it was a good company to work for."

"None really. They have a great training program for the managers and it seems to work really well."

"Whenever Perot said we're not outsourcing you they were, gave lip service to project management."
