Permaswage Employee

"The working environment was as bad as I was told going in. Heavy pressure from upper management to produce fiscal numbers without dedicated processes or procedures. Poor training and communication from procurement, planning, production, customer service and quality control. No work /life balance. I worked 13 days straight, twice a month. Only had 2 Sunday's off a month. Very stressful environment with little to no recognition for going the extra mile."
