"I have worked in Perlick corporation since 2019 , but was layed-off as a result of the pandemic , Perlick is a family owned company since 1917 and headquartered in Milwaukee, they are dedicated in providing innovative, quality, customizable food and beverage storage and serving solutions."

"The people that I worked with were all pretty enjoyable, for the most part. Most if not all of the Assembly jobs are dull and are very repetitive. Employees do get moved around but the jobs aren't demanding in skill. General Managers aren't required to know the jobs of the employees they manage, causing employees and their superiors to bumps heads."

What do you like about working at Perlick Corp.?

"Perlick is the industry leader in the bar and beverage equipment manufacturing industry. It is great working for a company with such a great reputation for innovation and quality. There is pride in being part of a company with such a long history."

What don't you like about working at Perlick Corp.?

"In the past, Perlick has been slow to keep up to date with technology both in manufacturing and software. This has been frustrating as business has continued to grow and it was becoming more difficult to keep up with industry demands. However, with new management over the last year, there is a definite change and dedication to keep Perlick on the cutting edge of technology."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no suggestions for Perlick at this time. The company has undergone huge changes in the past year. New management has been brought on board to insight enthusiasm and a vision for the future. The company seems to be on the right track."
