"I didn't like the fact that everyone was extremely overworked and family and personal life was being affected on all levels with individuals with the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to take time to layout a tad bit of structure."

"I love the scheduling and being able to work from home. I am also very fond of the experience that comes with big name clients"

"If you are a hard worker and know your programming you will be able to get a job here."

What don't you like about working at Perficient?

"The pay currently is not what I expected from a position I have proved myself very well in."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More segregation of team resources on projects. A lot of the times people will be on too many projects at once which will degrade the value of the work."
