"The company has taken a big step backward over the past 3 years with the buyout, new CEO and senior leadership team, and retirement of the founder of the company. Overall culture has taken a nosedive, and it seems that the passion that was once there for the mission of the company has been replaced by all remote execs that are only there for the payday and title. Very cutthroat atmosphere."
