"This is a horrible place to work. No matter how good your ideas are, the CEO will justify the actions of the incompetent architect who is a loser."
What don't you like about working at Pereless Systems?
"The CEO is attached to most incompetent person I have ever met: the architect of the company. These people scream, stab each other in the back, the quit only to retake the job, it's a mess. The architect is a weakling."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get over your crush for the incompetent architect. He sabotages people and you are all going down with this loser."
What do you like about working at Pereless Systems?
"Almost everything! The most important thing to me is feeling valued and respected - which I am. My boss and the CEO trust in my judgement and assessments, and take my suggestions as a being a good thing. The work environment is nice, clean and everyone that works here is generally affable and nice. And we're right on the water - what a view!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Come passionate, come prepared, and be nice! If you're a genuinely good-natured person, you will succeed here. No corporate sharks need apply."
What don't you like about working at Pereless Systems?
"It's actually pretty hard to come up with something I don't like about working here. Since you want me to put something, the street we work on is a T-intersection on a rather busy road, making leaving at certain times of the day problematic."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some improvements to the benefit offerings would be great. Dental and Vision would be nice to have."
